I like fruity and vanilla smells

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue. It's a very fresh scent, I'm pretty sensitive to perfumes too and this is one of the few that doesn't give me a headache. But since you said you're in budget another fragrance I like is Paris Hilton by Paris Hilton it's a really fruity scent but not too much in my opinion.

try the bath and body works perfumes a lot of them are not strong but still smell good i like to change fragrances each season there like 20 dollars

avon cosmeics are really good, you can go on line or if you got a local reprisentitve, (you could even be a rep yourself if your 18+ and earn money :)) they are quite cheap from avon and most of them smell good and usually have scentedpages for new perfumes, get them the week they come ut or get the ones in the sale, they normally tell you what scent it is

into the wild by bath and body works smells so good, and its only like $30 for a bottle, and then like $10 for just the body spray

Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears smells AMAAAAZZIIINNNGG. And it's cheap :)

Bohemian by American Eagle is nice, or Bohemian Summer also by American Eagle.Rocks by Ralph Lauren is nice too but it's a bit strong.

I'd say Bohemian is the best though.

I have a few suggestions:

Flowerbomb by victor and rolf... MY FAVORITE PERFUME EVER! it's not too strong, and it smells great!

PINK SUGAR is also amazing!

I also like daisy by Marc jacobs and fancy by jessica Simpson...
