Is the SPF 15 in my moisturizer too much for picture day?

I have pretty clear skin, so foundation is not an issue, but my skin tents to look oily if it's not properly moisturized. I'm afraid that the SPF in my moisturizer will wash out my face. Any suggestions?

Moisturizers that contain SPF hold an ingredient that causes light to reflect off your skin, causing a "glow" or shiny affect. When the camera flashes at you, you'll seem a tad paler. But it won't be terribly bad. You really should try HD foundation, it's meant for cameras and makes you look flawless.

    Good luck :)

If you get anything higher than SPF 15, it may wash you out a bit. I think you will be ok w/ SPF 15. It may reflect some light, but it won't be dramatic.

AND, if you want something for pictures, do not go with the HD foundation... it REFLECTS light causing you to look REALLY pale. FOR EXAMPLE... Kim Kardashian always looks like she has white around her eyes b/c they use the HD on her. Poorly applied, if you ask me.

SPF wont wash out anything, it's to protect you from the sun. If it's what you usually use than go for it. My moisturizer is spf 30 and I swear by it.
