My computer freezes.. Help?

Okay, windows 7, 64 bit. Whenever I try to get on, it will freeze as soon as windows comes on. It makes a weird noise. When I try to system recover, it says I need a disk. When I try to load in safe mode it freezes at .disks, when I try to run scans, it always freezes on the hard drive at 53%, every single time. Is my hard drive crashed, also I got the error "0xc000000f" before.

Update:

I can't open anything, as soon as the windows starts, it freezes. I can't open internet. I can't do anything.

Run a system check for bad sectors on your hard drive. It's under System Properties > Tools
