If this is for the mission "Holding out for a Hero" you need to click on your computer select buy superhero mask 5 times, then check the mail in 12 hours.
Afterwards you will receive the superhero mask which will go into your clothes storage. You have to go to clothes and click on ‘GO TO STORAGE’ or you will never find it!! It will be under Head > Accessessories (sunglasses picture).
