My internet connection type is "ADSL"

Normally, Phone cable => Modern => Router => PC

I want to connect like this, Phone cable => Modern => PC

I know it is possible. I've seen that today.

So, tell me how to configure it.

Static IP = 10.60.30.35

Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.248

Gateway = 10.60.30.33

    You can connect your PC directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable as your question indicates. As long as your PC is set to Obtain an IP address automatically and to Obtain DNS server address automatically in the TCP/IP settings (which is the default) you should connect right up.

    The only catch might be if the ISP requires a username and password (if they authenticate using PPPoE). In this case use the Create a new connection wizard under Network Connections to enter those credentials.
