The simple answer is yes. On the iPhone you can make Skype - Skype video calls on your 3G network or wifi network. However on the android phones you can only make Skype - Skype video calls on wifi. you will be able to talk on wifi/3G/4G on either phone for free.
Skype - Skype is international. Any where in the world you can call another Skype for free. I have been to france and called back to the states for free.

All Skype to Skype calls are free. You only have to pay if ou wanna ring a landline or whatever.

yes i think so, i have one on my htc wildfire. you just have to register and thats it.
