What is the story on Bank of America going to court for overdraft fee's?

They are suppose to go to court in November to reimburse account holders for overdraft at the ATM and money withdrawal.Do any one know the story on that issue?

    looks like they're gonna up the ante and charge their customers just for simply HAVING a debit card...ugh.

    I don't know all the details on that one but, banks have been known to do what ever they can to cause accounts to overdraft. Inaccurate balances debits before deposits what ever the real bank robbers are on the inside.
