I need help losing weight?!?

So i know i might be a little young.(14,male) But im a little chubby and just wanted to lose a few pounds. Now theres a few problems. For one, I have just started puberty a few weeks ago and im always hungry!!!I get hungry about every 3 hours after a meal(which im told is normal-.-) .My family is also a little tight on money and im home alone most of the time so i need cheap, easy things i can make on my own. Just so you know im about 5'1 and 120

Update:

I've tried working out but dont seem to be losing much weight. One thing is i pretty much eat out everyday, literally. And i've heard stress might be a factor in this?I'm usually very depressed and stressed out i dont know if that has anything to do with weight gain though?

Eating every 3 hours is fine and perfectly healthy. Just make sure those meals are small and well proportioned. Use an 8" diameter plate to prevent over eating and remember to sip water/green tea between every bite of your meal.

You can make cheap easy salads. Buy chicken breasts in bulk & bake them ahead of time, chop them up and store them in containers in the fridge. Chop fresh veggies (have fun with it you can do spinach, carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms, fruits like berries, oranges, apples, etc. be creative, you can usually get fresh produce at good prices at the grocery) and store in containers as well. Just take out the containers and plate up a salad when ever you're hungry. You can use all sorts of dressings (as long as you only use 1 - 2 Tablespoons at most) for variety.

Stress releases a hormone called cortisol that plays a major role in weight gain and in particular fat storage (especially around the belly and other places). To reduce stress, increase exercise and sleep. You need 6 - 7 hours of sleep every night. No more, no less.

For exercise, I recommend a combination of cardio and resistance training. Try 20 minutes of alternating 1 minute jogs and 30 second sprints, followed by 15 - 30 minutes of either brisk walking or light jogging. Do that every other day. On the rest days between, you can just do 20 - 45 minutes of brisk walking (2x a day, usually morning and afternoon) and or resistance training (dumbbells if you have them or body weight circuits [try looking up some on youtube]).

Best of luck on your weight!

I determined the e-book to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however normally) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I believe it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me for the reason that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've certainly not bought whatever like this earlier than for the reason that they're mostly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began in these days!
