Spells to become a mermaid?

I don't believe that there are any spells to become a mermaid. Closest you can get is studying to become a professional mermaid. There's a lady in florida who can hold her breath a really long time, and she puts on the costume and teaches at an aquarium down there. I'm afraid that's the best you as a human can do.

You don't have to search for 'how to be a mermaid'. If you click on answer near the top of the screen on the answers homepage and go to Mythology and Folklore then the most recent questions classified under this category show up. Which is how I stumbled upon your question. If you ask a silly question expect to get a silly answer so calm down. I believe in mermaids just like I believe in aliens, lochness monster, subterranean folk, etc. but I have never heard of spells or anything like that otherwise I think they would be a little more known (at least to believers anyways). So, the closest you're probably going to get is becoming one of those women who put on shows for people dressed up as mermaids and hold their breath for a LONG time.

I have seen 2 spells for becoming a mermaid and they do both work, this is the first one:

Okay basically, you've got to find some water right. Preferably a lake, as the water doesn't move much and it won't interfere. Then you need to stand in the water, spin around in a circle and submerge yourself in the water. When you get out you need to chant to yourself mermaidsandspellsaren'trealgetagrip ten times.

Well, theres always trying and beliveing. ask for help from God or something. anyways it really doesnt exist its just a 'theory, however theres mocking it and possibly eventually evolving.
