Ebay sellers, what to do?
I sold a cell phone used, but in AS IS condition with no returns accepted. Buyer said he couldn't get signal? Do I have a responsibility to him at all or is that his problem?

Well did you sell the cell phone as "used"? That means it has scratches and stuff but is in FULL working condition. If something is wrong with the antenna and it cant get signals, it's NOT in full working condition and then yes you owe it to get it fixed for him
