I need window help. My condo came with these horrible windows that have white plastic which is supposed to?
look like window panes. Problem is the plastic tape is sagging and it looks horrible. I can't afford to replace these otherwise functional windows. Is there any way to fix this. The tape is between two layers of glass with no way to get in between.

You can't fix the inserts without replacing the panes. Talk with the head of the association to find out what if any manufacturers warranty is available. If there is no warranty you are on your own. In MA I pay $30-$50 to replace 1 pane in a double hung window. The inserts would likely be extra. The association may require that the new windows have the inserts to match the rest of the complex.

There is absolutely no way to repair the decorative plastic frames that are BETWEEN THE PANES. The pane must be replaced.
