    mean # of calls in 5 mins, m = (1/2)*5 = 2.5

    E[x] =2.5*(60/5) = 30 <---------

    P[3] = e^-2.5 * 2.5^3 /3! = .2138 <------

    P[0] = e^-2.5 = .0821 <--------
