R&P: Do you guys really hate Muse that much?

I mean, I know they've gotten a bit douche-y recently with The Resistance, but still. Every time I've mentioned them today I've gotten a ton of TDs, so I'm sensing a pattern.

Keep hope alive for the next album, yeah?

@Live Forever: AGREED. I know people that have made countless signs for gigs but the band just ignores them all. (like the summer setlist poll ahem). I know/was by a girl that had a sign "T. its for Dead Star" at Lolla, it was great, ahaha. Oh my God, I know, the rock lullaby thing makes it sound like the next album is going to be 10 different versions of NSC and Guiding Light. f. m. l.

@Ben: Agree that the "legends" part is wrong.

    I don't. I know you like them - nice username, hehe. Dead Star is awesome and MUST be played live more often!

    The Resistance...I actually liked it at first, but after a few listens it just got too...I don't know, icky. Resistance is a great song, though. But I was kinda annoyed by the fact that Matt used Chopin in USoE.

    Oh, I'll definitely hope that the new album is good - I'm not raising my expectations much, though...a "rock lullaby album" doesn't sound all that appealing.

    Yeh I don't get the Muse hate their one of the best bands of this decade well the 00's decade.

    Hate them? How could ANYBODY hate MUSE? I love them! I mean, I've only heard a few of their songs (Usualy twilight) but I really like them. They're awesome. Hey, since you like Muse, try Blue October.They both rock!

    I objectively respect them for their contribution to music, but I really do hate their songs that much.

    I don't hate them. I don't love them. They're alright, but I certainly don't hate them. Hate is a strong word ;D

    I don't hate them, I just think that their music is derivative and pompous. Not bad, though!
