Maybe I look at the 'world' in a different way. Any day that I don't have to go hungry, any day that I am not in any pain, any day that I do not have to deal with the consequences of any natural disaster, any day that I do not feel lonely, cold, lost, or frightened, is a GREAT day to me.

Something good that happened... It rained today, I live in Las Vegas so we hardly get rain that lasts for over 5 minutes. And yeah that's about it. I guess you're right, nothing good ever happens anymore on a worldwide scale.
