The last time the economy was bad when a Republican was president: Herbert Hoover. Then FDR came along and made things worse.

Pffft. Name me ONE Republican who ever took responsibility for their bad economy. And yet, it is undeniably true that it has been the REPUBLICAN administrations who ruined America's economy. Over and over and over.

And it has been the Democratic administrations who have had to go in and clean it up. Except that THIS time, it's much more difficult to clean up a global meltdown.
