I NEED HELP! What is this boy playing at?

Okay so there's this boy i been talking to for a couple weeks. We flirt loads and he always says im pretty and stuff and we constantly talk and send '<33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333' to each other if we're texting or mailing. Today he married this girl on fb (not jealous but she looks like a slag one photo shes like bent over cant see anything on her legs and shes basically got her boobs out) so I was talking to him about it earlier and he was like you would be my wife if you proposed but i didn't really care that much I wasn't too fussed on being his 'wife':L. Then he was like being reaaally nice but we were sorta in an argument, and at school we were inside and him and his friends came in and went up the stairs and he poked his tongue out at me and smiled then we were just talking and at lunch his friends came in and was like 'toms too embarrassed to come over btw.' 'he loves you too much' and i was talking to him about it and he said meet me after school. So i asked where and he was like don't know where do you want to and i was like i don't mind so i said just pick a place to meet, then he didn't reply for about 2hours and now he's at his dads for the weekend so I wont see him at all. But I don't get why you would ask someone to meet them and not say where or when then not reply to them for 2hours. Also, about 4weeks ago he was gonna get with this girl in my year but he's not now but her status today was 'he tells me that he truly loves me, but he tells that sh*t to every other girl too.' and she full on liked him, and he always says to me he loves me and stuff. So I'm not sure if this guy is just playing me..everyone says it sounds like he likes me and he was looking at me at break then came over but went upstairs. But then why would he marry someone else (even though he said he would marry me if I proposed) and why would that girl write that status. I just don't understand boys, or him..HELP!
