How do I get the money due me from unemployment claims, now that I have won my appeal?

I think they go back to the day that you applied. If I were you.. I would go down there in person and ask to speak to someone.

If they say they do not... ask to speak to their superior...say a supervisor...superior sounds rude. :P

They know more and can explain thing better. I just do not see you NOT getting any back pay. It's best to talk to someone in person -verses- internet.

Not many of us out here are lawyers. Not many of us out here know Florida unemployment law. But logic would say.....

Probably the appeal was all about whether you would get it at all or not.

If the site tells you you cannot claim any weeks until 10-17 - then likely you can't. In my state you can only collect for a set amount of weeks. So whether you get the back pay and stop earlier or start on 10-17 and go from there - it's going to be the same amount. You certainly won't get the past 12 weeks plus the set weeks.

It's really not likely they will catch up on those weeks.

You would have to look online to see if there is anything to do about it.

I think that they think it has been resolved.

An unemployment listening to isn't based on your shade of skin. it extremely relies on your pastime description and your duties and despite if or no longer you probably did the pastime precise. it form of appears like this place isn't precise counting their funds at a common foundation. in case you had worked at Wal Mart or another respected place, you would be in charge for counting the money on a common foundation and so as that they use cameras. you may attraction your case yet you besides mght choose a criminal expert too. you may attraction two times.

If you have to do ANYTHING, you didn't win the appeal.
