Should I start Victor Cruz against the Seahawks or Mike Williams (TB) against San Fran this week?

Seattle is ranked 28th this year in pass defense and 10th in run defense. San Fran is ranked considerably higher

I think I'd go with WIlliams here...the SF defense is really good against the run, which will force Freeman to pass it more. I know Williams has been frustrating this year, but this matchup favors his production. Cruz does have some upside, but on the flip-side SEA has a decent pass defense which will drive the Giants to a run-first gameplan, plus Manningham is back so Cruz' looks might get limited. Williams is the go-to receiver on TB.
