Fo the second day in a row Y/A has become unavailable, my question is WHY?

These frequently recurring glitches will most likely keep recurring for ever. There seems to be no permanent solution for this problem.

Sometimes if you refresh the page or go back a page and try again once or several times it works but often it doesn't and you have to come back later.

Occasionally it is not a glitch and the site is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance but in such cases there is usually a message to that effect on the screen somewhere.

You asked a question and it posted so how can it be unavailable.

Maybe a glitch looks pretty available to me.
