How can you tell if you're best friend is attracted to you?

I'm bicurious. I have recently become attracted to my best friend who is also a girl. I have been told that people can see that she likes me back but I don't know this for sure. When she is around me she always says I'm pretty. She always plays with my hair and sometimes she talks about my boobs and my butt. She's always complimenting me and saying that I'm hot. She always touches me and finds ways to hold my hand. Does this mean that she really likes me like that or is she just being a best friend?
