No, but to add onto what the previous answerer said, Rain-Dance amplifies damage done by electric type moves. It also doubles the chances that Thunder will hit successfully, as well as increasing it's damage. Swift will strike a target that has used Dig or Fly. Sunny Day causes Pokemon with Solar Beam to strike targets without storing energy first. When a Pokemon uses Dive, Surf and Whirl Pool hit the target for double damage. If a Pokemon uses Lock-On or Mind Reader before the target dives, all moves will hit it successfully. Defense Curl causes Rollout to do more damage. With each Defense Curl the damage done by Rollout increases exponentially.

No but if you use earthquake against dig it does do double, if you use sky uppercut against fly it does damage and if you use water sport with the combination of Thunder moves against rock its super effective
