Yeah. It is amazing what a unlimited amount of slave labour can do.

Ancient peoples. Usually the indigenous peoples of the regions where the pyramids were built assisted by faith. Among other reasons we can't be that sure about the MesoAmerican pyramids is because a disease wiped out so many of them before the Spanish invaded and denigrated their culture. But there really is no one origin for all the pyramids. Most of them -- including the Egyptian ones -- are where some people would prefer to think savages live. Ancient Astronauts and so forth are a crude attempt to deny indigenous groups the respect they so often deserve.

Wherever pyramids exist it was the people that built them, Now because of racial reasons the white people will never accept the historical facts that Black people actually built those pyramids in Egypt simply because they can't accomplish the same feat.......... Also the Egyptians that live in Egypt now actually came from the land now called Russia a several centuries ago believe it or not......... Also at that time period the so called Egyptians could not speak Ancient Egyptian and only the Nubian's and Ethiopians and other African tribes did........ And ask your history teacher as to why do the modern Egyptians hate the Africans Nubian's and other Africans so much as well as black men from America......

Humans did with the help of assistance of Extra Terrestrials who came down, as said in these civilizations tales, and gave these civilizations the knowledge needed to construct them. For example, the Great Pyramid of Giza actually doubles as a power plant! As proven by engineer Christopher Dunn! And keep in mind that, despite common thought, the pyramids were never tombs. No mummies were found inside the Great Pyramid, which is odd considering it is a monument to the Pharaoh.

The one thing that all pyramids have in common is astronomical significance! Their correlation with the stars and solar system is a testament to the Extra Terrestrials that helped guide, educate and advance our ancestors in ancient times.

  • Ancient people using hammers, wedges, inclined planes, and oil bearing shales that are easily surface mined near the sites of the pyramids.

If people can lift a Navy Man-of-War such as a destroyer or a cruiser using only human power and mechanical advantage gained by using big hammers on big wedges (and this has been the normal practice from the time of the Phoenicians to today for preparing a ship for launching), the core blocks of a pyramid are childs play in comparison.

    People.

The pyramids of Central America, for example, are very different in construction and in function from those of Egypt. They are similar only in shape, and that similarity is a result of the building materials available to stone age peoples.

Well Egyptian Kings made their slaves build their pyramids. If you ever see one, it took thousands of slaves to build it. I think the Aztecs build their pyramids themselves, but most societies depended on slaves to do a lot of construction.
