"comma or no longer" - sure there's a comma. each and every-time a announcement is made there needs to be a interval or a comma. on this case there's an incomplete sentence following "I will constantly be there". ("mary") isn't a sentence. so a comma is going among "there" & "mary" - I will constantly be there, mary.
