Does self confidence really mean diddly squat?

Confidence is part of being attractive, it does show on the outside when a guy glances your way. Its your whole stance and body movement that reacts with confidence that they pick up on.

it's a mixture of the two. you could be completely beautiful but if you don't even respond to a guy when he talks to you or can't keep up an interesting conversation then he'll eventually get extremely tired of trying to talk to you. but guys are mostly attracted by appearance so even if you have a sucky personality and are irritating beyond comprehension... if you're beautiful then a lot of guys will like you most likely.

your question makes no sense. but no self confidence is one of the most attractive features a person can have and I don 't think that applies only to women but to people in general. why would someone ever love you when you don't love yourself?

you have to love yourself before you love anyone else.

i don't think guys can really see if you "look" unconfident, either they think you're cute or not, and may be able to tell if you're shy by how quiet you're being, but guys can easily be attracted to shy girls all the time. idk if that helps but yeah.
