BB 8520 CURVE BATTERY ISSUE?

6 months old handset regularly discharge itself in small amount of time from fully charged status.

battery booster installed, no excessive running apps updating data.

I suspect that when battery overheat, it drains itself or when application like weather app cannot find server keep looking for it and in turn battery drains down.

Has anyone experienced same problem and on different models perhaps?

    that happened to me i just purchased another battery.
