I think the last to win a game will be the Rams because of upcoming schedule:
Week 6:
Colts at Bengals - I think the Colts will win this one.
Rams at Packers - No chance for the Rams here
Dolphins at Jets - Monday night in NY, I'm thinking the Dophins chances are slim.
Week 7:
Broncos at Dolphins - At home against a weak team, Dolphins win
Rams at Cowboys - I think the Rams have a shot but think the Cowboys will win.
Colts at Saints - Saints will win
Week 8:
Saints at Rams - Saints will win
Dolphins at Giants - Dolphins will compete but lose
Colts at Titans - Titans have looked good, but the Colts will compete.
Week 9:
Dolphins at Chiefs - Close game here, Chiefs are pretty weak
Falcons at Colts - I think Falcons win easily.
Rams at Cardinals - First game the Rams actually have a shot at winning
All in all, I think based on the schedule the Rams have the toughest opponents coming up giving them little chance to win before week 9.

I'd say either Dolphins or Rams. The Colts were on the verge of winning their last 3 games and will eventually win before the Rams or Dolphins.

Rams, will go 0-16, Dolphins will probably go 1-15 or 2-14, colts will go 5-11.

Colts are showing signs of turning things around, and the Rams get to play Arizona twice. Miami is stuck in the AFC East, and going to get rolled, over and over again. Miami wins last.

I will say the Dolphins.
The colts were on the verge of winning their last 3 games.

The Rams.
Indy has Cincinnati this Sunday, and Miami has the Jets on Monday night
