I don't actually watch any of the news shows, I just look at the websites, unless its a debate or a link someone has posted here or elsewhere.

The corporate media successfully distracted the American people for a long time. it's quite useful in diverting the population from debate on issues that matter. Like, can my child go to college; will I have enough to eat; will my social security check be enough to survive; will I have health care; will I have a job next month; and so on. Also, if the debates between Democrat vs Republican are not petty spats, they're like two members on the board of General Motors debating the best way to maximize profits in the next quarter. For example, they won't debate whether GM should pay more tax, or whether GM should make less profit to provide better working conditions.

the majority of the questions here are from idiots who ask "Republican leader X said this about that Republican running for President. do you still support him?" I know who I support and a pox on anyone who thinks otherwise

Thats what the radical left and right are all about and thats what they think people pay attention to. You don't but look how many people march around each day like political robots. They are the problem, not the solution.
