please can anyone suggest me an evening snack menu..?

its our juniors freshers day..medical students as well as doctor's will be attending it.

we'll be serving (VEG) in boxes and i want something exciting and a bit sophesticated too!

our budget is around rs 40 per head.. and its in Mangalore so plz tell me stuff that i cud find around!!

    one piece of plum cake of about 20 grams, 20 grams of fried cashew nuts, a sachet of 200 ml water and a lollypop to carry for their young ones at home (optional)
