The Union FLAG (It's not a JACK) is NOT the flag of ENGLAND but of the United Kingdom (but has no reference to Wales as we are not represented on it). The Union FLAG is only a JACK when flown from the JACK STAFF of a British warship and is a different size to the normal flag.
