HELP!!! Why does itunes freeze my computer?
My I tunes was working fine but now it dosent open up it just freezes my computer and I have to turn off my computer. I tried to uninstall itunes and it lets me do that but everytime I try to reinstall itunes it starts to download and when it gets clise to the end it freezes up again and I have to turn my computer off again. I dont know why its doing this. So does anyone know why this is happening and how do I FIX this problem??please help!!!!

Maybe you have too much songs in your itunes and your computer is not capable enough and when itunes loads, it may have used too much ram your computer can handle which would end up with itunes not responding. you can try scan you computer with a good antivirus such as avast or malware bytes anti-malware, which are both great anti virus/malware programs, in case you have a virus, other than that you can use a different program or get a new computer.
