How can I make my upper body stronger?

I am going to be doing wrestling for my high school but I have a weak upper body, what type of exercises can I do to make my upper body stronger. Also my arms are really skinny, how can I make my arms thicker. Any help would be appreciated, also I am around 5' 7'' and weigh about 120 pounds (15 years old).

    Do cruntches, pull ups, push ups, plyometrics don't hurt. If you're liftin weights then do Cleans, also olypic style cleans are brutal too and help aot, inclines [sit down and lift the weights up] Vikings [taking the bar with quite a bit of weight and lifting it over your head] there are tons of ways you can do this but the easiest way to achieve upper body strength is buy H-drol and apply all of these to your workout and do some serious running.
