what does dog food taste like to dogs? for me it tastes funny?

It tastes good but not as good as raw meat or really good treats

Dog will eat pretty much anything so dog food tastes good to them

we've experienced same off taste. We are in FL for nine months of the year, and we can't find good hotdogs there, so we bring down and vacuum pack dogs from CT. For about 8 years now, and some are fine and then we get a batch that has the off taste, (about 1 of 3). We can't figure it out; I suspect that the amount of pork in the hotdogs may be a factor. Not really sure why.

Haha I love ur question dog food to me also tastes funny so does cat food to me it depends on what kind of dog food u get but to ur dog I think it's really yummy and tastes like bacon or something lol it's basically like how much we love our food in our world not the dog world lol, so like the dog loves his food it's like me I love pasta so much that I wanna eat it everyday that's basically for dogs to but idk if dogs like pasta LOL

When tmes were tough, I have eaten dried dog food. Not the best, but I made it.
