How about Rihanna? That's one I haven't seen before. Even if you're not dark skinned, you could make your hair red (there are sprays for it) and dress like she does in one of her videos. Have fun!

well depends what you look like if your a person who looks like a star look alike then dress up as that star or just do your favorite GIRL celeb because you'll be someone you like on TV or something
