Can I get a flu shot tomorrow?
I started a getting a cold about a little over a week ago. The only symptom I have left is a bad cough but otherwise the sore throat, the stuffiness and all the other crappy symptoms are gone. Tomorrow is the flu shot clinic and my family intends on going. I am worried that if I don't get it tomorrow it won't happen. Flu.gov said it was okay if it isn't a severe cold, so will it be okay since it's just a cough?

It should be okay. You are just experiencing the end symptoms of the illness. If you were at the beginning of the illness, I would say wait.

I would definitely wait until your cough is gone. It would be a bad idea to get the flu vaccine while your body is still fighting off a cold.
I hope you feel better soon though! :)
