romeo & juliet in missouri?

when juliet's only friend in her small town moved away, she thought her life had ended. Then while visiting her friend in her new town (100 miles away) juliet(14) met romeo(14). Though miles apart, you romeo found ways to stay in contact via cell phone. Then Juliet's divorced father got the cell phone bill with 8000 minutes. The same day Juliet broke curfew big time and was grounded for a month. Then just as Juliet's grounding was to be released, Juliet's mother came home and found young romeo asleep on Juliet's bedroom floor.

Other than pray, what should Juliet's divorced father (who lives 200 miles in the other direction) do?

He should pray. Maybe talk to Romeo's parents if he can or have the mom do it. Not be too hard on Juliet because in all likely hood that would just make her try harder to rebel, especially after the divorce.

Have the mom sit down and talk to Juliet, maybe she will know what to say.

Question the child. Did they do anything sexually? If so punish. It seems pretty innocent to me though.

But I would recommend getting a mobile to mobile min free contract and just letting them be kids in puppy love. Unlimited texting would be a good idea as well.
