I think the Fast and Furious operation was a purely politically motivated sting.  The tracking of the guns used and sold to drug cartels in Mexico was shoddy and practically non existent.  The idea behind it according to the conceivers of the operation was...?  The only possible answer was to show that the Second Amendment must be modified or eliminated from the Constitution, as in our modern era weapons are too dangerous.  The Justice Department officials including Holder should be held accountable for this fiasco, and someone needs to go to jail.  It actually goes all the way to the white house and the obamanation administration.  This will come to light at some future date, after the 2012 election.

You should have stopped at the word "Cartels" in your question. There is NO "if". It's illegal,no matter what the intent of anybody was at the time. Holder will have a nice long stay in jail. Shame Obama won't be going with him since we all know that Holder told Obama what was going on.

this started back in 2005 with bush. it has only now been admitted by the government. here is another one for you  the border patrol has for decades been involved in drug smug ling and human trafficking.

for native americas who's land stratles the border this has been a living hell.

there is a ranch near Tucson where the state has allowed hate groupes to congregate and deliver guns and explosives to cartels and harass native americans by invading their homes wrecking propriety and murdering and raping amd robing. rember the 9 yr old girl shot and killed inMidea home by white supreimist  that is only the tip of the iceburge. 

they also are out on the desert  hunting down migrants for sport.  and destroying water left at stations by human right groups.  many of those dieing out there on the desert are small children.

maybe now that the gunrunning has been exposed the rest of the crimes may alos come to light.

the government is putting many lives at risk with putting guns and explosives into the hands of the cartels. and by the way the drug cartels  have alrady moved to the us side of the border and have been here or years.  they are opperating from  texas arz. calif. 

some in government are makeing billoins from drugs., so this phoney drug war is just a ruse to rob americans of some more freedom and that wall is just to keep you in not terrorist out.

you will not hear about this in mainstream cooperate mida. but it happens  a few years ago the border murdered a tonto odam adolesent boy by running him down with a proder patrol vichail , his crime? he saw them unloading a shippment of dope from mexico.  their excuse for murdering him on his own land he ran from them.
