How do I apply make up in a way were its not over done but its noticeable?

    Don't put much blush. Use maybe bronzer instead. Go light on eye liner; you just want it to accent your eyes. If you have light skin tone, don't get really dark on eye shadow. Make sure you blend foundation well.
