How do you say this in German?

"I'll take a potato chip...and eat it!"

Ich nehme mir ein (Kartoffelchips) Chips (people always argue about this, but most people would say that chips have no singular in German - however if you want to use, it´d probably be Chip, too. Potato (Kartoffel) is uncommon to use in German)....und ich werde es essen!

Not sure if that is part of your question, too, but it´d be:

    Ich meine es ernst, okay?
