Am I wrong to believe that I was brainwashed with Jesus when I was a child and even into my manhood?

Jesus says decide.

Jesus was a great messenger of God, he just passed down the message he was a man. Jesus is still respected in Islam. But God is the main one out of all his messengers and prophets. The main message is to be aware that you are a creation of God, worship him in your life, live a simple middle man life if you cant be a saint, because everyone makes mistakes, seek to better yourself after mistakes. So its not jesus who did that to you, it always the people who misrepresented him as something further then what he is.

Brainwashing is a strong word, I prefer Indoctrination

And it's good you've "got over" Jesus, but don't cut him out completely. he's still a beloved messenger of God and also the Messiah

I'm guessing that the only reason you believe in religion is because you were raised to believe in it. If you had been raised that "tall tales" like "Jack and the beanstalk" was real, then you would probably grow up thinking it was real. No matter how absurd it is. That is why people believe in all the "miracles" written in the bible.

are you slow? Muslims teach about Jesus and Moses and if you were true about following Allah you would know that fact. So anything you say you learned about Jesus would resurrect in your Muslim faith. Dum duh dum dumb!

don't see any wrong with believing in jesus peace be upon him...Allah chose this prophet and revealed to him bible to guide bani israel....muslims should show all respect to all prophets not just prophet muhammad peace be upon them all:)

being slave of Allah is better for me than being slave of money, sex, person,idol..etc

this word "slave" is not an insult for muslims as you see.....and islam teach us to be free persons:)
