Opinion on 13 year old with Piercings?

I would wonder where the hell her parents are. They need to step in and put their foot down on those piercings. Yes you are ruining your life. No the hole won't close. I have 4 holes in my ears and they haven't closed. 2 I haven't put a earring in for like a year and I can still get it in. Once the piercing hole heals around the piercing it won't close. Never. Also no person would actually hire you to a good paying job with those piercings. I had to take the two out of my ear for my current job and those aren't even out of the ordinary piercings. I don't care how high your grades are. If I was your parent I'd make you take them out.

As long as you are taking your education seriously then you are fine. The people that are judging you are just small minded. Sit down and talk to your parents, show them how your grades are fine and make a point of saying that there are a lot of bad kids out there that are acctually ruining their lives via drugs, alcholol, etc and that you are not one of them. Let them know that since their time the connotation connected with peircings has changed and that they no longer mean that the person that has them is an awful kid, just that they are expressing themselves in a way that is different than what they expect. Just make sure to continue to work hard in school, and don't get anything that you can not let heal because facial tatoos/peircings make it very hard to get a job and in this economy getting a job is very important!

When i was thirteen, i had my nose pierced, but no offence, but i think 13 is a little young for a lip piercing, it's painful and people might judge you. Wait until 15 at least x

When i was 13 i had my lobes, belly button and nose done.... at 14 i had 1 lip piercing, scaffolding and another belly piercing.... at 15 i had another lip piercing, tragus and a tongue piercing.... 16, tattoo, microdermal and ive had a 12mm plug

Altogether i have/had (took my tongue out) 14 piercings..... I did well in my GCSE's, im 17 and have 2 jobs, have a diploma in beauty therapy and am currently studying for my level 3 diploma in beauty therapy.....

At least every person you meet will have piercings, there not really a thing that people hide anymore.. they havent stopped me from doing what i want to do..... and if i take them out, you cant really tell i have them.

Im 13 and i would want u to be my best friend and i think u r amazing thers no limited age fir piercings at the end of the day its a minute hole in ur body ;)

Since you said you said you're responsible and you take your education seriously then, I'd say you're fine. Just don't get too many piercings/tatoos (if you're planning on getting any, I'd say get wrists ones like Demi Lovato) so people don't think of you in another way.

Im 13 too and i have gauges and i just recently pierced my lip with a tack, like maybe a few months ago, and i dont see anything wrong with it! All my 13-16 yr old friends have their bellybuttons pierced and noses pierced and everything. I like it (:

I'm 13 and i have two lobes and a helix (also with a hoop!) but, i don't think it's bad! If you like the way you look with them, who cares? It's all about what makes you comfortable with yourself.

i think that is a lot of peircings but i wouldnt be like "oh my god that girl is going no where" or whatever. i dont think you should get the lip stud though- just my opinion.

I have gauges, snake bites, septum piercing, and cartlige piercings.

And I am a normal responsible kid.

You can always take them out.

I dont think you would be ruining your life at all.

People dont understand that piercings are only perminant if you want them to be.

Maybe wait til you're 16, but there is nothing wrong with it.
