Any feedback on the Royal King Western Saddle?

Hi all,

I am starting to browse around for a Western saddle for my horse. I am just looking for something to use once in a great while for trail rides and low key riding in the off season (usually we do dressage).

His dressage saddle was custom fitted to him and has been great for improving some back issues he had do to a saddle that didn't fit him well in the past. I don't want to undo anything here. I did speak with my saddle fitter about what to look for in a Western Saddle.

I found this one and I am curious to hear if anyone has tried it. Auto adjusting flex tree? Sounds almost too good to be true.

Update:

I see a few positive reviews on the site, but there were tons of positive reviews for the Kincaid English saddle too...which I know is crap. Was hoping some of you here at Y! answers might have more informed opinions of this saddle:)

I was looking at a flex-tree saddle at one point. When I was reading about them I saw a lot of positive feedback about them. There were complaints that they pinched the horse, these cases as far as I could tell were linked to riders with heavier weight. The brand though that most preferred was the Circle-Y these are more expensive but may be worth it.

    Hope this helps.

Personally Ive never heard of it however i LOVE stateline tack(like a lot) and their products are usually good. I'm always happy with mine. If you want more info(because i did see the price is high,) id email the company and ask for more. Royal king is a well known company and i personally don't think they would rip off their costumer. Good luck and happy riding!
