Samii,
The Dark Tower series, The Stand, The Talisman . . . etc
Any Stephen King book is worth reading with the exception of Black House, which was supposed to be a sequel to The Talisman and couldn't hold a candle to it. I never finished it.

He doesn't have many that I would put in a science fiction category.
Most are horror and few have science fiction elements that would put them in a science fiction genre.
Tommyknockers is the only one I'd called science fiction, and even that is a stretch. It was a decent read, but not one of my favorites. It's about a space ship, literally stumbled upon while on a walk in the woods.
Under the Dome also has elements of science fiction, but it's more dystopian as well as a cautionary tale about the environment. It's about a huge clear dome that suddenly appears, surrounding a small community.
The Stand is my favorite King novel. It's a post-apocalyptic story about the battle between good and evil after a superflu wipes out 98% of the population.
Try Neuromancer by William Gibson for a great science fiction read.

Sorry, but there's no conceivable way to spin Cujo as science fiction. King has crossed paths with it on occassion, like in The Tommyknockers and possibly Dreamcatcher, but generally he writes primarily horror with the odd hint of other genres. And Cujo is a straight-up suspense horror. No science fiction.
