Got caught cheating in our German lesson:( Advice?

So we had a German test, listening and writing. I didn't cheat in the listening one but in the writing one I did. I was so stuck, I didn't revise:(. We got such a short notice, last Friday and today was the test. I didn't have time to revise for it at the weekend, I had a RE test too and I want to do RE for GCSE's and I don't enjoy German at all, I don't even need it for the job I want to study for. So I had the book on my lap under my table and I was looking at it and then my teacher saw, I hate her so much, so does everyone else and then she moved me to another table and said If I do it again, I will be sent to the head. I'm in year 9. 14 next month. What should I do? I don't think I could ever go back to that lesson again, she also told me off in front of everyone. I'm feel really crap about what I did. And I've been bullied before, most likely I will be bullied even more now and made fun of, people whispering 'ooo didn't she cheat? wow what a dumb biiitch':(((((((. Help.

Update:

I just want some advice on what to do. Please?:[

Admit to nothing they don't have proof about.

    Apologise.

Ignore the bullies, they get fed up if you don't take any notice. Laugh if you can, that puts them off. best if you try and see the funny side, you will in a few years time anyhow.

Why worry about german if it isn' essential to you.

Keep your chin up, head held high.

It seems like you are in a coil. I happens to the best of us and it seems you were pretty busy that's why you couldn't study. As from now on, manage your time to prevent this from happening again. Work with a schedule so that you have everything tabled for the day.

Now, I understand you are embarrassed and you think you'll be teased by the other students. The teacher, I understand must be very mean and disrespectful. This may be tough but I suggest you write a letter to the principal telling him, what you did and how you feel. Ask him if you could come visit him and talk about it. If the principal is too harsh, I am sure you have school counselors and they should be willing to assist you. Tell them your fears and I am sure they will intervene.

You shouldn't have cheated if you weren't prepared for the consequences. I doubt anyone is really going to care as much as you think. Just don't do it again, your teacher is going to pay extra attention to you.

Get the teacher on her own and apologise and say you were so stressed about it and it wont happen again. The bullies are just insecure nobodies that will soon find somebody else to pick on if you dont react to them.

I hope this has all taught you a lesson of some kind but I fear it hasn't! My advice to you is that you suck it up, take your punishment and keep moving forward.

Tell her you dont like or enjoy germon and you wont be taking it so it doesnt matter how well you do. just remember its not a gsce test its only a crappy little test they make you do when they dont have any work for you to do

You cannot undo what you did, so you will have to live with what follows. See if you can drop German as a subject.
