How do i go from new brunswick nj to metlife stadium via train?

How do i go from new brunswick nj to the new metlife stadium (New York Jets) by train? Also how much round trip would it cost? thanks.

    Take a NY Penn Station bound train to Secaucus Junction. Transfer there to a Meadowlands Rail Line train (on the lower level platforms).

    Enter 'New Brunswick Station' in the "From:" box. Adjust the date and time (enter an early time - such as 8:00 AM) to see a number of trains for the day (each listed under an itinerary. Also make sure that 'Rail" is selected.

    The one way fare is $13.00 so round trip would be $26.00.
