Best/Easiest Photo Editing Software?

I have a new Canon T3i DSLR and am looking for the best and easy photo editing software. Checking out Adobe and Corel and, not to sound dense, but they both seem a little difficult to learn. I love Hipstamatic but I don't have an iPhone.
