Healthiest recipe you love?

What is your favorite healthiest recipe? Anything from healthiest side dish to healthiest dessert to healthiest recipe overall.

    Irresistible Double Chocolate muffins (made with healthy ingredients)

    -TASTE UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME

    -I made these, thinking that they would not be very good or have good flavor and that I would never make them again. I was totally wrong, you absolutely have got to try these!

    TOFU

    There are varieties of tofu. All of them are ready to eat.

    For silken tofu (the soft, smooth variety)

    1) Place in a bowl. Pour over it some light soy sauce. On top of it, place some grated or finely slivered young ginger and finely sliced spring onion.

    2) You can have it sweet too. Just pour any sort of syrup, flavoured sweet sauce, pureed fruits or chocolate sauce on it.

    2) Place tofu in oven proof dish. Pour bechamel sauce over it. Grate some cheese over it and bake

    Bechamel sauce:

    25gm butter

    25gm flour

    300ml milk

    Some vegetable stock

    Salt

    Black pepper

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour. Whisk. Add stock whisking constantly. When thickened add milk, salt & pepper.

    For firm tofu

    1) Cut into bite size, dry with kitchen towel. Season with salt, deep fry till golden brown. You can also add whatever spice you like to the seasoning to make it tastier. Or fry the tofu whole and cut it up afterwards

    2) Add it to fried rice, noodles or vegetables.

    For firm or silken tofu

    1) Mash it up, add to eggs to make an omellete.

    2) Just top it or dip it with any sauce you like and eat it.
