whats the best protein shake brand?
anybody give me a real good protein shake brand that really works and improves.

I've tried quite a bit, but my favourites are Muscle Milk (although it's a little high on the sugar factor, it's DELICIOUS) and recently my other favourite is vanilla iso-xp. Tastes great, doesn't have that grainy feel and I digest it pretty easily without feeling bloated and full.
