There are a few accounts from 2005. I remember seeing them on some of the oldest Y/A questions.

I have two emails, one is from 2005. Then I have this newer one for a site I created.
I'm not sure who the oldest is, I've seen a few from 2005 and 2006.

Not sure. Look at this link. It's a snapshot I got from the wayback machine from May in 2006 in yahoo answers. Look up some of the people seen on there!
EDIT: I found another one, from December 2005.. It's the beta :D!
