People say I'm spaced out and 'Not There' all the time. Do I need THerapy!!?
If so what kind of therapy and how will they be able to help me? Some people are like ... 'just let go...' 'you worry too much' 'you think too much' ... my brain runs slow too... i think... it takes me longer to do things than most poeple... my memory is 'ok'.... what can i do to improve??? whats wrong with me?
