HHO system controller blueprint?

There is no shortage of HHO information on the internet. All you need to do is a Google search and you will find it. Remember this, though: HHO, Brown's Gas, oxyhydrogen, or whatever you want to call it, is a scam. It will not increase your miles per gallon. Your car cannot run on water. For every website that tells you about how you can double your mileage, there are ten more websites that tell you it is a scam. Obviously, you have read a lot about it, and you have made up your mind to move past the bazzillion YouTube videos, tutorials, ads, and testimonials to the point where you are ready to dump hundreds of dollars into plans and parts. It won't work. When you find out I am right, please don't say you weren't warned.
